Pupils elect their leaders by casting votes. Sometimes leaders have been promoted by the headmistress and the teachers by seeing the ability, quality and character of the students. “Every block of stone has a statue inside it and it is the task of the sculpture to discover it.” – Says Michelangelo it is very much true in the case of us too. We have to bring out the hidden talents of leadership qualities of students who are selected to represent the pupils. We have different port folio of different post like Pupil leader, Asst. Pupil Leader, Secretary, Finance, Music, Band, Discipline leaders and House Leaders. The leaders are the link between Headmistress, Management, Teachers and students. They also help in smooth running of the institution. School prepare them to take up the leadership in any areas in future and make them to build a better society.
